Autumn breeze...

Hey, hey!

I was so excited to be able to do a special Live over on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page to celebrate the new Holiday release at Stamping Bella. The gorgeous Uptown Girl Freya Loves Fall is the star of the show and I paired her with the older Pumpkins set to help fill out the background. Now it looks like Freya is strolling through her pumpkin patch, checking on her prize winning pumpkins. I had a lot of great input from my fellow crafters during the Live that lead to this lovely color scheme and after filming wrapped up I added a sentiment from the older Autumn Sentiment set, using an orange ink to match those pumpkins.   :)

Autumn wishes...

Hello, hello! 

The August newsletter from Sweet November Stamps was sent out this past weekend, full of all the wonderful digi goodness that was added to the store last month. We had three separate digi releases so the email is full of inspiration from our fab design team. It also includes a code to get the latest newsletter digi absolutely free and this month we have added to the Cozy Fall Critters collection with the sweet Suzy Squirrel. I actually did a sneak peek of Suzy when I colored her Live over a week ago on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page. For the background I added the hollow log from the Forest Stump and Hollow Log set and sketched in some acorns for Suzy to be stashing for the winter. Crunchy leaves...

Good morning!

I can't believe we are already in September, this year is flying by! What better way to say hello to fall than with this adorable Little Cutie Autumn in Woods stamp from the new release at Stamping Bella. The great thing about these Little Cuties is that they are an entire scene already put together for you, no masking required. This gave me a great start with the girl and her pup resting during an afternoon walk and all I had to add in by hand was the bushes and the meadow receding into the distance. I also added a sentiment from the older Autumn Sentiment set just above the horizon line. Even though it hasn't cooled down enough yet for me to pull out the sweaters, I'm so ready to be just as cozy as this Little Cutie.  :)
