Sew wonderful...

TGIF everybody!

We've made it to the final day of the Some Odd Girl Valentine release previews and sweet little Tia is on the scene. She is part of another new 4"x6" set called In Stitches Tia. Not only do you get this adorable girlie but it also comes with a spool of thread, sewing needle, buttons and three sentiments. And once again, the best part is that Tia is available to order today! :)

Ok, I just have to tell you all that I love, love, LOVE everything about this new set! I'm not a seamstress in the traditional sense but I adore adding sewing notions to my paper crafts. Buttons, ribbons, pins, stitching... it's all good. Funny enough though, most of what I used on this card are actually stickers, LOL!
I stamped Tia first and then masked her off so that I could stamp the spool of thread beneath her. Now it looks like she is one of 'The Littles' (anyone remember that cartoon?) enjoying a quick raid of Mrs. Bigs' sewing room. And it appears she has made a heart plushie out of some left over fabric scraps for her sweetheart. ;)

Now be sure to head on over to the SOG blog today
to check out the rest of the Oddie's cards. And if you hopped along with us over the weekend you'll want to see if you're the lucky winner of this darling Tia set

  12. This one is definitely my favorite of the bunch - love anything sewing related since I do sew. Although based on my productivity this year one might doubt the veracity of that statement! Super, super cute Amy - love the row of pins.
