Tennis, anyone?

Olo!

Today I'm playing along in the monthly Retro Fresh challenge over on the TGF Farm Fresh challenge blog. The theme is spring cleaning and you are supposed to use something that you just had to have at the time but then never got around to actually using. That scenario sums up this Tennis Anya digital stamp for me. I've literally had her printed out and sitting on my desk for over a year and somehow she always managed to get buried at the bottom of the pile. I still love her, with her cute little sun visor, but I guess not being a big tennis player I just kept overlooking her. Seriously, all I know about tennis I learned from Wii Sports, LOL! :)

Anywho... I found this pack of little sports balls puffy stickers which included some tennis balls and I thought they would go perfectly with this ever so sporty gal. I kept the card very CAS with a lot of white because it reminded me of the crisp, clean, white tennis outfits that I've always seen. And just a pop of color here and there to finish it all off. It may have taken me a long time to get this Anya onto a card but I'm thinking it was well worth the wait.

TTFN! ♥

  9. Hi Amy. I wanted to tell you the day that you posted this that I ran over and asked Jess for her. lol... I just love how your card looks and it is just so happy and reminds me of Spring I just could not resist the urge. You my friend have cost me money this week and I won't even say that I am sorry for it. lol... Adorable! I can't wait to play with her and send her to my littlest neice. Have a super super Saturday. I just spent the last 4 hours visiting with my cousin and his wife that live in Ellensburg, so I am pumped and I think I am in the mood to color. Hugs, Lisa
