Hey Girl...

Hi guys!

Today I'm playing along with the SOG June sketch challenge. It's a pretty clean and simple design and I didn't fuss it up too much because Summer Kaylee here didn't need much more than that cool palm tree paper behind her to really shine. I don't know, there was just something about her look and relaxed attitude that got me thinking of her as a laid back SoCal kind of gal. I even gave Kaylee a darker, sun kissed skin tone which I'm totally jealous of... I can never pull that look off unfortunately... le sigh.

No, I've got a shorter work day today so when I eventually venture out into the sunshine I'll be slathering on the SPF 30 to avoid the lovely shade of red that I turn otherwise, LOL!  ;)
Later gators!

  4. HI Amy, for some reason my computer doesn't like me tonight as it has taken over a half hour just to leave you a comment. lol... I love this card! She is just adorable with her attitude and all. I also (thanks to you) love her orange background and her exceedlingly adorable outfit. This is a card that just makes me smile. Of course that Palm Tree in the background doesn't hurt. I just love palm trees and I always have been obcessed with them. lol... Anyway, hope you had a great weekend. We ended up going to the Tri-cities at 5pm on Friday evening and we had so much fun. Didn't have ton of cash but got the chance to see what all Crafter's wearhouse and Michaels had going on. Next time I am so bring cash with me. lol... I could craft shop all day long and not even need to eat. Just a tall glass of water would so get me by. Have a great week. Hope you are having fun with your new car. Hugs, Lisa
