Hello!
Are you ready to jump back into Halloween with Sweet November Stamps? Today we are introducing the second new addition to the Ladies of All Hallow's Eve club. These enigmatic images lend themselves to a more elegant and mysterious type of Halloween card, which can make for a fun change of pace.
Thousands of years ago in ancient Egypt, Queen Amunet reigned until she was cursed by a rival to meet an untimely death. But this was not the end of Amunet, for she had magic of her own. Mummified she would sleep, her powers growing, until one day fortune would release her from her dark tomb to take revenge on the ancestors of those who had wronged her. Only then can she resume her reign in a new time and a new Egypt. Will that day be All Hallow's Eve? Let us hope not!
When you purchase you get two versions of Queen Amunet, one with her entire face visible and the other partially wrapped in mummy cloth. You can see the partially wrapped version on my card below and I will be coloring the full face version later today at 11am PST on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page.
Now be sure to go check out the Friends of Sweet November Stamps group
on Facebook for even more Queen Amunet inspiration from Melissa and our fabulous guest designer Jeanette Comerford!
