Button, button, who's got the button...

Hello again... please scroll down for my Tickled Pink preview card... thanks!

So who watched Glee last night? I really loved this episode! Unlike the alcohol episode I thought that they tackled the sex ed. topic in a much less 'after school special' kind of way that I really enjoyed. And once again Kurt's dad was just fantastic... such a refreshing character. All in all... it got two thumbs up from me! :)

Ok, once again it's time for a new Wednesday challenge over at All That Scraps and this week we are putting a button on it... literally. Seriously, all you have to do is add one button or a whole slew of them to your card design and you are in!
After seeing all of the great alterations that some of my SN Gals have been doing with the new Zodiac Girls I couldn't wait to try my hand at it as well. So I took Aries and used a baby wipe to remove the ink from her horns before stamping, then I just drew in the missing lines to connect her hair and the frame, then added a couple lines to turn her necklace into a shirt collar. Now she is a completely human 'big head' that is super cute for a 'just because' type of friend card. I also chose to color her eyes a bit different than I had for the previews. Rather than leaving the inner circle white to act as a large 'starry eyed' catch light, I colored it in black to become the iris. Then I added in smaller, more normal sized catch lights with a white Sharpie. I think this made her transformation into human form totally complete. I gotta say, the versatility of these gals has me itching to transform a few more! ;)

Now it is up to you to take the challenge and remember, every week there is a new and exciting prize being offered and in order to be eligible to win, your project must include a stamp that is sold in the All That Scraps store. Whether it is any of our wonderful in house designs or from the various other stamp companies that ATS carries, the choice is yours. Then be sure to link up your creation with Mr Linky by next Tuesday at 10pm est and only one entry per person please!

Later gators!

I am afraid we are way behind in Glee here and I don't always get to see it (my sons dictate lol). The last 1 I saw was Rocky Horror and I love the music.

    Hugs, Mette

  10. I really like these colors together!! One blog is having a contest about opposing colors on the wheel -- I think it's Copic Creations??

Anyway, Aries is super pretty!! Her coloring is wonderful!!! And I liked the Glee episode too!! (Even if my second hubby, Shuester, kept kissing what's-her-face?!!!).
