A good friend...

Good morning!

The month of March is upon us, so I figured this super cute 4 Leaf Clover set by Anita Jeram for Colorado Craft Company was the perfect way to welcome its arrival. I just adore the little hamsters in this set and really wanted to use them both together since I also wanted to use the cute friendship sentiment that is also included in the set. The one on the right comes standing free of any clover around him but I wanted to immerse him into that field of clover just as much as his pal. To do that I simply did some selective inking and left the bottom half of the stamp free of ink. Once he was stamped on the card front I used some of the extra clover stamps in the set as well as part of the larger clover field to make him appear to be standing right along side his friend. Once that was done all I had to do was color them into an idyllic St. Paddy's day scene full of green clover and a rainbow. it looks like these two are a pair of very lucky friends.  :)

Laters!
