Happy Halloween...

Hello there!

Things are getting spooky on the Bellarific blog with this week's Scenic Saturday card. The Little Cutie Ghostly Fun stamp from the latest release includes everything you need for wickedly wonderful and easy Halloween scene.

The Little Cuties are fantastic for when you want to color more than just an individual character but you don't have the time or motivation to do a bunch of masking and stamping to put a scene together. This Little Cutie Ghostly Fun sets everything up perfectly with the spooky tree and scattered leaves tucked around the jack o'lanters and our costumed cutie. I was able to stamp once and start coloring right away, bringing everything to life with a classic Halloween color palette of orange, green and purple. The large full moon was added at the end when I masked off the image and used a stencil and the Copic airbrush system to fill in the sky and crater detailing. A white pen dotted in the stars shining up in the night sky and the sentiment added to the bottom of the card is from the new Wicked Words Sentiment set. Spooky cute is always my favorite type of Halloween card to make and I think this one hits that vibe perfectly.  :)
