Good morning!
I'm pulling a quick flip from Christmas back to Fall with a funny Thanksgiving card using a stamp from the Autumn Greetings collection
at Purple Onion Designs. The Thanksgiving is Here image has a fluffy pup running away with the turkey, who besides losing a few feathers, doesn't appear to be any worse for wear. To create the strip of text behind the pair, I masked them off as well as the space for the "gobble, gobble", then repeat stamped the words in three different ink shades. Once the words were on, I moved the mask to cover the words and then used the Copic airbrush system to color in the rest of the background. The warm, golden glow kind of reminds me of the inside of an oven, LOL! Anywho, this one really makes me chuckle and I had a lot of fun putting it together. :)
Later gators!
