Button it!

Hola!

Hey, thanks for all of the 'feel better' wishes the other day... I'm convinced that those, along with a nice Project Runway marathon, did the trick and I am feeling much better now, LOL! ;)
Anybody out there watch PR? I admit I am late to the game since I could never watch it when it was on Bravo but I have been completely hooked by the current season now that it is on Lifetime. Hooked so much in fact that I had to order some of the first few seasons on DVD! Needless to say I made it through all of the Season 1 Wendy Pepper drama as I languished on the couch... good stuff! LOL!

Ok, on to why you are really here... my card today is for the new Lil Lolita Boutique challenge and this week the theme is buttons. Simple, right? I mean who doesn't have an extra button or two to throw on a card? For my buttons I dug deep into my stash and found this little jar of ooooold Junkitz buttons... some shaped, some with words on them, and I decided to finally use a bunch of them up. It's funny because it is times like these that confirm for me why it's not so bad to hang on to things for years and years. I mean, I still love these buttons and maybe even more so now that they have found their perfect home and fulfilled their creative destiny. ;)
I also did a bit of altering on my Lil Lolita image by swapping out Lillith's head for 20's Evie's head... oh and I also wiped the rose out of her hand before stamping too. Now Evie looks a bit more prepared for the cooler weather of fall but still ever so stylish!

Don't forget that in order to play along in the LLB challenge you must use a Lil Lolita stamp or digi on your card if you want a chance at winning a fab prize. And hey, did you know that the digis are back up for sale in the Tickled Pink store? That's right, if you missed out the first time Kellie is offering all of the girls, as well as the limited edition Kellita, in digi form for a limited time along with the new Let it Rock and Going Batty sentiment/image digi sets that coordinate perfectly with some of the Lolitas. :)

Alrighty, be sure to check out the LLB blog to see all the gorgeous cards that the rest of the DT have created!
