Hello, hello!
The new Whimsy World Bunny Life release is now available at Colorado Craft Company
and we are celebrating with a blog hop. As always, 3C is giving away a new stamp set from each stop on the hop, so
the more you comment the more chances you have to win. Entries
will be accepted until midnight eastern time on March 10th and winners will be randomly selected and announced on
their blog March 12th. They
are also doing a HUGE complete bundle giveaway to ONE lucky winner. To
be
entered for that all you have to do is use one of the designer's
affiliate links when you place an order. Those links can be found on the
3C blog
and will be included in one of their emails as well. In the mean time,
here's the complete list of hop participants for you to check out:
I've made three cards to share during the hop today and these first two both use the big 6X8 Bunny Life set that is full of so many great scene building images and fun sentiments. For this first card I like to imagine the cute building as a little garden shed to go with these two industrious bunnies. I actually borrowed the sentiment from another new set called, Dreams Blossom, because it fit the gardening theme that I had going.
The second Bunny Life card finds a mama bunny who has her hands full trying to put all of her baby bunnies down for an afternoon nap. It's so fun to see how little changes can totally transform the images in this set, like stamping the 'bushes' higher and coloring in tree trunks beneath them or coloring the house in a different color palette.
Finally, I've got a sweet mini slimline card using the new Lucky Duck set. I loved the little duckling waddling away so much that I stamped and masked it repeatedly to create a whole brood of ducklings making their way to their pond home. At the end of the line is a lone cutie who has stopped to take a look around. Okay, time to send you on your way... thanks for stopping by and enjoy the hop!
