Hey there!
So I just got my order of new Sister Stamps images
from Hanko Designs yesterday and I could not stop myself from inking one of them up for a card to share today. This joy filled little Jumping Girl was really speaking to me so I inked her up along with the little birds that are also part of the set, using Memento rich cocoa ink. I even added a third bird using a mirror stamp so it would be facing the opposite direction. I then proceeded to color in a pretty cherry tree in full bloom to set the scene on the small die cut panel that I had them on. Before adding the colored panel to my card front I used the Petal Play Background stamp from Hello Bluebird to add a tone on tone print to the base. I love how it jazzes the whole thing up but in a very subtle way. Now I can't wait to stamp up the rest of the sets from my order! :)
