Just for you...

Olo!

I was putting some stamps away the other day when I came across this lovely Kindness Bouquet from Purple Onion Designs and new I wanted to get it on a card. Now, I'm not one who just goes for florals on a card, I always need some kind of character to go with them and create a bit of a story. That's when I found the cute little Elliot mouse with the hat made of leaves on his head. I loved the idea that he would have grabbed some of the hydrangea leaves that were left over from putting together that bouquet so I stamped and masked him to be standing right in front of the pitcher of flowers. In the background I added a pretty, purple tablecloth and more hydrangeas growing off in the distance. The sentiment looks to be retired from the shop but the cute font gave me vibes that little Elliot had written it himself. The card base looks really blue in this photo but it matches the purple of the flowers much better in person.  :)

Well, that's it for me today... have a good one!
