It's the Season release at Purple Onion!

 

Hello friends!    

It's time to get excited because there are two new Christmas releases hitting the shelves at Purple Onion Designs today. First there is the darling Cotswood Christmas collection by Holly Mabutas with nine new stamps, including an amazing new background. Then there is also the It's the Season collection by Chilliezgraphy by Pei which includes eleven adorable stamps plus a coordinating sentiment set.

My first card today uses stamps from the Cotswood Christmas collection and I can't even tell you how much I love this new Cotswood Village Background... it is amazing! I did some masking to add the bears from the Little Roo Loves the Holiday Windows set and the fox from The Gifters set into the streets of this quaint little village. It's instant story telling and that makes me so happy! 

My second card features the new Flappy Skating stamp and this happy pup is flying across the ice with Christmas themed balloons trailing in the air behind him. Off in the distance I added the older Winter Trees Background to help set the scene and once it was all colored up I added a sentiment from the new 'Tis the Season sentiment set to complete the card.
