A joyful song...

Hey, hey!

I've got a pair of cute choir members singing a duet together on my card today.  They are part of the Christmas Choir set at Sweet November Stamps, which also includes all of the pieces you need to create the stage background. They are all dressed up in classic Christmas reds and greens as they happily serenade the crowd with their favorite carols. I borrowed the music notes and sentiment from the older Joyful Noise set to help complete this sweet story. I've gotta admit, these two have me ready to rock out to all of the Christmas tunes on my playlist, LOL!  ;)

Merriest Wishes...

Hello friends!

I had so much fun creating with the Holiday Reboot Kit at The Greeting Farm earlier this month and now I want to make sure that I get this year's seasonal Anyas on cards too. The first to get inked up is this sweet Frosty Kisses Anya and I paired her with the van and tree from the Adventure Pals set to make it look like she is heading back home after a visit to the Christmas tree farm. Now both of these sets are currently sold out in the TGF store but I did find them still available at Simon Says Stamp.  Even though she isn't technically this year's official Holiday Anya, I think she makes for a pretty darn cute Christmas card. :)

Christmas is better together...

Good morning!

This cute pair of polar pals that are part of the From Me to You set at Sweet November Stamps are taking in the beauty of mother nature's light show. As they bask in the wonder of those dancing northern lights the sweet little penguin is trying his best to add some more sparkle to the night sky and his best friend is right there ready to help. Whether they succeed or not, it is dreams like theirs that help make Christmas eve the most magical night of the year.  :)

Be Merry...

Hey there!

With the release of the Scrappy and Sulky's First Christmas digi collection at Sweet November Stamps yesterday I got on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page and did a Live using a mash up of images. This time around I paired the puppy from the Scrappy and Sulky Christmas Trimmings set with the kitty from the Scrappy and Sulky's Mistletoe set. This slight change creates a whole different story and provided us with a fun opportunity to color the pressure point where the kitty's paw is pressed into the fur of the pup. We actually had time to not only color the scene but also do all the stamping and put the entire card together. I had a wonderful time hanging out and crafting with everyone and I can't wait to do it all again next Saturday.  :)

Hello again!

We've got one last Christmas themed digi release at Sweet November Stamps today. The collection features a grinchy kitty and excitable pup in three different scenarios, and it's called Scrappy and Sulky's First Christmas. There is Scrappy and Sulky Sticky Sweet, Scrappy and Sulky Christmas Trimmings, and Scrappy and Sulky's Mistletoe to choose from. Each image comes separate so that you can choose to use them alone or paired up or even mix and match them all together. 

This first card finds Scrappy and Sulky Sticky Sweet "enjoying" some of the sweet treats of the season. While Scrappy happily slobbers all over his candy canes, it appears that Sulky has accidentally sat on some of his left overs. That sticky fur will need a good bath and that is the last thing Sulky wants for Christmas.  If you would like to watch the coloring of this card there is a short Reel on Instagram and a longer speed coloring over on the Sweet November Stamps YouTube channel.

Next, Scrappy and Sulky Christmas Trimmings finds poor Sulky the victim of Scrappy's over enthusiastic holiday decorating. Wrapped in lights from head to toe he is a bit of a captive audience as he is about to be crowned with the Christmas tree star.

Finally, Scrappy and Sulky's Mistletoe finds Sulky wanting to have nothing to do with this Christmas kissing tradition. Especially when Scrappy is known to be quite the wet and slobbery kisser.
