High tide or low tide...

Olo!

Just a couple days left to grab up the Sweet November Vault release. Nami, Nalu and Hanalei have had a wonderful time splashing about this week but come Saturday morning they have to swim back into the Vault before it closes once again. These are the two cards I colored during the release day Live coloring videos in the 7 Kids Customers Create Facebook group. For this first one I combined Nami and Nalu, cropping Nalu in Word so that only her head and shoulders showed, allowing me to color the scene like she is popping out of the water. Speaking of the scene, my gals who were there coloring with me had the fabulous suggestion to put a waterfall behind them and I gotta say that I am SOOO happy with how it turned out
We also colored Hanalei into a deep ocean trench with light streaming down on her and the moss covered rocks around her. It wasn't until I found this great sentiment yesterday that I actually colored in the jelly fish in the background. I even added some Glossy Accents to them so they would look extra slick and slimy, LOL! There are just so many fun things you can do with these little cuties. But if you like your mermaids a little older and a bit more glamorous then be sure to come back on May 1st when Sweet November will be kicking off MerMay with a big ol' splash!

Toodles!
