Just a note

Hi guys!

I'm still away in Seattle but I thought that it would be fun to share a card that I made recently that has no coloring on it. Shock face for sure, LOL! But it is better than letting my poor, neglected blog go days and days without anything new.
This one is a result of having some new papers to play with and an idea to die cut vellum for a different look. The papers are from Bazzill but they are designed by the same people behind a former favorite line... The Girls' Paperie. I was so sad when they went out of business so when I found these I had to have them. the prints and colors totally speak to my inner girly girl. ;)

Anywho, thanks for dropping by and I hope your weekend is a wonderful one!
Supply list:

paper- Bazzill (Vintage Market)
stamp- Hero Arts (sentiment)

Well, eveny without a coloured image, this card still has "Amy" written all over it. On my blog list I can always pick out posts by simply glancing at the pics. I received a package from the ATS store yesterday (it only took one week for the package to land on my door step - literally - in Greece!) with lots of yummie paper pads AND your wonderful little fairies. I have just finished cutting them up LOL. Now all I need is lots of time to actually play with the stamps and papers and combine them into cards ...
Wishing you a wonderful weekend!

So sweet! I love the "note" coming from the bird. Diecutting the vellum is a neat trick. I'll have to give that a try one of these days.

Like Marianne I got my little fairies this week, and I cut them out last night. Can't wait to play with them!

Amy, I love this card... Like everyone is saying "It may not have a colored image, but it is so you and we all love you." I had to look really close as it looks like you diecut or border punch the edge, but then I realized that it is the pink polka dots of the paper. Totally awesome. Missing you. I hope that your Mom is getting better and is coming home soon. I hope and pray that you both are doing good. Take care. Hugs, Lisa
