Hi there!
Even though the Cider and Cocoa release at Hello Bluebird is more fall themed, this Cocoa Stand set in particular felt perfect for Christmas cards. That amazing moose was immediately a favorite so I built this entire winter scene around him. The masking process began with stamping the raccoon and thermos and masking them off. Next I stamped the moose and the jar of marshmallows and masked them both off. Finally, I could stamp the large stand in place, though you will notice that I wiped the ink off of the original wording on the small sign, leaving that space blank. This allowed me to add a more festive sentiment from the older Cocoa Party set instead. A fun color palette of traditional Christmas reds and greens paired with a bit of aqua blue definitely takes these cute critters from fall to celebrating the holiday season. Once the coloring was complete I again reached for the Ric Rac Card die and Ric Rac Frame die
to frame it. Seriously, these dies are quickly becoming a new favorite, LOL! I hope you like this Christmas make-over as much as I do. :)
Later gators!
