Rockin' around the Christmas tree...

Hey, hey!    

I've got another fun twist on some of the stamps from the Frostypine Elementary Holiday Revue collection at Purple Onion Designs, where I've taken them off of the stage and out into the world. I started by stamping the Nutty Acrobats, masking them off then stamping the Frostypine Tree a couple of times. Once the mask was removed from these crazy little squirrels the small grove of evergreen trees was standing tall behind them. With shiny baubles in hand, it is time to bring some sparkle and shine to their winter wonderland. I even free hand colored in a couple of bulbs resting on the snowy ground for a bit of extra color. To complete the card I added the Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree sentiment at the bottom of the scene and I think the font is just as playful as the squirrels so it's a really nice pairing.
