Hello again!
I can't believe we are kicking off week three of MerMay fun at Sweet November Stamps already. It's true though, and the third of four new stand alone digis has been added to the
store. These digis coincide with the current week's MerMay progression challenge that can be found in the Friends of Sweet November Stamps Facebook group. This week we've added Lady Low Tide to the shop and she is quite the regal beauty. With her long hair flowing all around her and a crown of kelp perched atop her head, Lady Low Tide certainly looks like a glorious sea queen. The challenge theme this week is moon/moonlight so I wanted this mermaid to not only be basking in the moonlight but to glow like the moon itself. Pale and translucent she has washed ashore in the middle of the night under the magic of a full moon. The night sky and moon were created using the Copic air brush system while the rest of the scene was colored by hand. I love how mysterious and even a little dangerous she looks in this dark night scene. Hopefully you will have fun playing with moonlight this week too and join the challenge! :)
Have a lovely day!
