What a weekend... it has been gorgeous and sunny here and I mean to take full advantage of that today. I'm not quite sure what is on the agenda but I hope to get out and have a good time, even if I lost an hour this morning. I have such a love/hate relationship with daylight savings, love that the sun is still shining so much longer in the evenings but losing that hour of sleep this morning... oy!
My card today is for the Double Take Tuesday challenge over at The Greeting Farm. This one is a color challenge to use a blue and brown combo, which is what actually spurred me on to get a card made for it. You see, I've had this paper pad by Making Memories for ages and ages and the whole color palette is blue and brown. Since I don't use blues a whole lot in general this challenge gave me a reason to dust it off and have some fun. I guess the brown in the combo inspired me to ink up Latte Anya for the first time. I'm sure she has a rich mocha hued brew in that cup of hers. ;)
Alrighty then, I'm off to enjoy the day. Hope you all get to as well!
