I'm completely honored to have been asked back as a guest for this month's Leading Ladies release at Ellen Hutson! I have so much fun creating with the Essentials by Ellen Leading Lady stamps, these sassy ladies really do make the perfect cards for all of my gal pals. Bookworm Lady and Holiday Shopper Lady are joining the line up this month along with a special Ugly Sweater accessory set. These, along with the super cool Snowfall Backdrop die and Window die set will be available in the Ellen Hutson store on Sunday, October 7th at 9am PDT.
Now normally my creative focus is primarily all about the coloring and creating stories with my stamps but when I was told that the focus for this release would be "Getting Ahead on the Holidays" something else that everyone close to me knows to be true came to mind... I DO NOT like wrapping presents. Yep, it's true. A present from me is either going to come in a gift bag or it will be a handy dandy gift card. That doesn't mean that the gift card can't come in some super cute and personalized packaging, which is exactly what I created for my tutorial today. If you would like to see a step by step photo tutorial on how I created the gift card holder just hop on over to the Ellen blog and take a peek at my process. :)
And because I just couldn't help myself, I also created this coordinating card so that I could let loose and really have some fun decking out Holiday Shopper. This gal sure knows how to rock an ugly Christmas sweater, LOL!
Thanks so much for stopping by and I will be back for a special Sunday post celebrating this newest release with Bookworm Lady... I hope to see you then!
