Hey there!
I got the new double stitched slimline dies in my last MFT order and when I saw that they host a slimline challenge every month I figured this was the perfect excuse to break those dies out of their packaging and have a play. The theme this month is 'Feeling Fall' and as I flipped through my binder of Birdie Brown stamps the Adorable Adventures set caught my eye. If you ask me, fall is the best time to go for a hike... all the beautiful colors and the mild temps make for magical adventuring. So I stamped up this hike on the largest slimline die in the set, using all four of the cute kiddos and a bunch of the extras until I had a seriously cute fall scene. And the bonus win is that I got another as yet unloved stamp set crossed off my list and onto a card of its own. As I colored in the forest and trees in the background I stayed with a stylized look that matched the stamped bushes up front to keep the look cohesive. I gotta say, this is one of those rare cards that turned out almost exactly like I initially imagined it in my head and I love it to bits!
