Good morning!
I made this card for the July PenPal swap that DT member Allison Cope hosts in the Friends of Sweet November Stamps Facebook group each month. Now that the recipient has gotten her card, I can share it here. The theme for July was Summer and I chose to ink up the adorable strawberry girl from the new Bountiful Blessings: Berry Sweet Day set. Picking sweet strawberries always brings to mind summer days spent in the garden so I thought she would be perfect.
This time around I paired her with one of the kittens from the Bountiful Blessings: Squeeze the Day set and colored in my own berry patch farther off in the distance. Soft pinks and greens really make the red of the berries stand out and make for a pretty finished look.
