Boo to you...

Good morning!

I've got more Halloween goodness for the blog today, this time featuring the super cute Frightful Little Bits set that just released at Hello Bluebird. These wee ghosties are absolutely adorable, as are the friendly bats and jack o'lanterns that are also included in the set. I paired them all with the large Boo To You words die and instead of cutting it out of cardstock I actually cut it out from a sheet of masking paper. This allowed me to stick the sentiment onto my white card stock, right over the stamped and masked ghosts and critters, then brush on a bunch of beautiful blue hued Distress Inks right over top, leaving the white letters when I peeled the mask away. This allowed me to color my ghosts as if they were transparent, showing the letters behind them. I was also able to flip that word mask and trace it down at the bottom of the card to create the shadow those bright letters above are casting. This was definitely one of those cards where I was feeling extra crafty and creative, LOL!

Alrighty, gotta run... talk at'cha later!
