Hello, hello!
I've had this idea to create a Valentine's Day card using the adorable Next Door Gnomes from Hello Bluebird
for awhile now and I finally made it happen yesterday. You know I'm a huge fan of the background scene stamps and this Pathway background provided the perfect home for these two smitten gnomies to live in. I borrowed the heart shaped balloon from the Elephant Friends set and placed it so it looks like our shy little suitor is holding it behind his back. The love die-cut that I used in the sentiment is from the Joy and Peace die set, sure it technically came out as part of a Christmas release but love can be shared all through the year, right? The rest of the sentiment is simply an edited version of one of the Next Door Gnome sentiments. I finished off the card by framing the entire scene using the Gallery Frame #1 die in a simple white border to help everything pop. A little birdie has told me that there are some new background stamps coming to the store later this month and I am SOOOO excited to see them! More scene building options are always a good thing if you ask me. ;)
Alrighty then, thanks for dropping by and I will catch y'all later!
