Hi there!
This curly haired cutie and her fishy friends are from the Salty but Sweet set at Sweet November Stamps . Doesn't her dark hair and complexion look pretty with the aqua and orange combo she is rockin'? I chose to add some brown both to the fish and the sentiment as well, to create a pleasing visual triangle that leads the viewers eye through all of the important design elements in this under-the-sea scene. I believe the sentiment is from an old Ellen Hutson set and I love that it has a fishing hook attached to it. In the photo it looks white but I actually traced over it with a silver gel pen from Pear Blossom Press so it is nice and shiny in person. I don't know, but this sweet mermaid just may be my favorite from this set. ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
