Christmas comes but once a year...

Hello friends!

It's been quite a week and it's only Thursday. Work has been keeping me busy but luckily I've got plenty of cards still left to share here on the ol' blog. This particular card featuring one of the cute Retro Christmas Shoppers from the Christmas Cheer release at Sweet November Stamps was colored Live over on the Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page during the review/preview weekend prior to the release. The soft peachy pink color suggestion early on in the Live really set the tone for the rest of the card and it is just so pretty. The red, pink and mint color palette really captures that vintage 50's look and I love how it plays throughout the snowy scene. Speaking of the scene, I used one of the background stamps from the Horizon Lines: Winterscapes set and actually stamped part of it twice to extend the village behind our happy gift giver.

Time for me to get back to the ol' grindstone. Hugs!
