You make me smile...

Hello, hello!

The Lone Ranger was cute but not amazingly fantastic or anything. I probably should have saved the trip to town and waited for it to hit DVD before watching it. So I ended up spending most of my last day off shopping to make the whole drive worthwhile. Which totally made me slack off on the card making thing.

But that's ok because I'm so excited to share the card I put together for today because it features a brand new range of stamps coming to the CC Designs store! These new cuties are called Roberto's Rascals and we are introducing them in a special mid-month release. I've colored up the adorable Funny Faces stamp because this pair of little jokesters really are a hoot! I love how it looks like they are competing for attention seeing which one can pull the goofiest face. I paired them up with some brightly colored scraps of paper and kept the rest of the card rather simple so as not to steal their spotlight. All I can say is that if this card can't cheer a person up, nuthin' can, LOL! ;)

There are two other stamps in this first Roberto's Rascals release and you can see a bunch of fab cards featuring them over on the CC Designs blog today, so check that out!

Oh my gosh, they are too funny, such a kick. Love the ha-ha and smiley face embellishments too. The sentiment is perfect with them. Gotta go check out the other two.

LOVE this ~ what adorable funny face kids!
Do you make videos? If you do, could you do a video of how you colored the faces on these kids? I really have trouble with getting the shading right to make them so life-like.
Thanks!

Hehe! You've colored these two little darlings beautifully! And the sentiment along with your metal brads makes this a card you have to grin about!
