Just keep swimming...

Hello, hello!

I'm back on the Bellarific Blog with another Scenic Saturday card to share. I love to think of this month as MerMay, a time to celebrate all the beauty and wonder associated with mermaids. So when I sat down to create I knew just who I was going to ink up... the fintastic Oddball Mermaid set. Isn't she so fun with that deadpan expression, kinda like she is thinking, "You've got to be kidding me. You expect me to just keep swimming through a school of jelly fish"? Those perfectly innocent looking jellyfish were borrowed from the Under the Sea Creatures set and you'll notice that I only worried about showing one in it's entirety, the others can then be only partially stamped on the card front yet viewers still know exactly what they are. The starfish and sand dollar are both part of the Little Bits Sandcastle set and they are a cute way to finish off this under the sea scene.

Alrighty friends, during these difficult times let's take advice from this mermaid and try to just keep swimming.  :)
