My favorite everything...

Hi friends!

How cute is this Tofu Hugs stamp from Purple Onion Designs? It is part of the older  Chilliezgraphy by Pei Summer Fun collection but this was the first time I've been able to ink it up. The timing seemed perfect though, what with Valentine's Day coming up soon. It's all hugs and cuddles for these furry and feathered friends making for a really sweet scene. The sentiment is from the Love Sentiment set and it just completes the whole warm fuzzies message of this card.  :)

Toodles!

Happy Thoughts...

Hi there!

I've got one more card to share using one of the sweet fairies from the new A Fairy Cute Day digi collection at Sweet November Stamps. You know I couldn't pass up a chance to make another faux post card so here I am with one featuring Fairy Ella. The postage stamp was decorated with some flowers from the Enchanted Spring Flowers clear set and I colored them to match the colors I used on Ella. The background was created using the Copic airbrush system and some bokeh stencils. The finished card certainly has me longing for spring.  :)

Thanks for stopping by!

A sprinkle of love...

Good morning!

Saturday was a release day at Sweet November Stamps with the A Fairy Cute Day digi collection. I hosted a Live coloring over on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page using Fairy Milly where we proceeded to use a bright, warm color palette throughout this enchanting scene. Milly is joined by caterpillar Chenille who is resting on a large mushroom from the Toadstools Background set. The happy color scheme that was suggested by my fellow crafters makes this card a real smile inducer.  :)

Have a great week!

Best friends...

Hey friends!

The Sweet November Stamps newsletter for January was mailed out last night, full of inspiration from the design team using this month's digi releases. It also included this month's free digi for all newsletter subscribers. As we head into Fae-bruary we wanted to give everyone a lovely fairy to get crafty with. Slow Ride finds this serene fairy taking a leisurely ride on the shell of friendly passing snail. Something about the look of peace on her face lead me to creating a moonlit night scene for these two to be traveling through. :)

A Fairy Cute Day...

Hello friends!

There's a brand new digi release available at Sweet November Stamps today full of fairy cuteness in honor of the upcoming Fae-bruary fun. The A Fairy Cute Day collection includes five playful fairies; Chloe, Ella, Milly, Posy and Tia. Each of these magical friends is ready to enchant your cards all year long.

My first card finds fairy Chloe fluttering through the trees thanks to the tree background from the Mermaid Lagoon set. She is joined by one of the butterflies in the Flutterbee Yara set and they both seem to be as happy as can be.

Next, fairy Ella in her dainty party dress is making her way through a spring meadow full of crocus and clover. The crocus are from the Crocus Background set and the clover are from the Rose and Gerbera Daisy set. With a little bit of magic she helps each flower blossom under the warm sunshine.

Fairy Posy is sprinkling the tulips with magic pixie dust while her pal Bumble, from the Darby and Bumble set, looks on. The tulip is from the Tulip Background set and it looks like the perfect place for these two friends to rest for a bit. If you would like to watch the coloring of this card there is a short Reel on Instagram and a longer speed coloring over on the Sweet November Stamps YouTube channel

Finally, fairy Tia is out for a morning ramble when she is stopped by a little ladybug from the Enchanted Spring Flowers clear set. The mushrooms are from the Midsummer Mushrooms: Honeycup set. What a magical way to start the day.

Now be sure to check out the Friends of Sweet November Stamps group on Facebook for even more A Fairy Cute Day fun from the rest of our talented design team. Also, don't forget, I will be coloring fairy Milly Live today at 11am PDT over on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page and I hope to see ya there!

Love you lots...

TGIF my friends!

It's been a while but I inked up one of the pretty Girl stamps from Felicity Jane yesterday. I'm still bummed that they stopped making their stamps and kits a couple years back and that I still have a few of their Girl stamps missing from my collection that I really want to track down somehow. But in the meantime, it felt good to ink up Bailey Girl who is blowing kisses and create a Valentine's Day card with her. I paired Bailey with the Sketchy Corner Backdrop from Stamping Bella to give the scene an urban flair with lots of rosy pinks and warm colors. :)

Alrighty, I'm off. Have a good one!
