Heffy Friends Inspiration Hop

Hello, hello!

Welcome to the Heffy Friends Inspiration Blog Hop!  I am completely tickled to have been invited to participate in today's special Blog Hop celebrating the latest release from Heffy Doodle. The hop line up is full of amazingly talented creatives sure to inspire at each stop along the way and the £50 voucher to the Heffy Doodle store that one lucky hop participant will win is just icing on the cake!

For my card today I have combined three different Heffy Doodle stamp sets to create a long slimline scene where we find a mysterious 'sea creature' swimming back to it's den before the residents in this little seaside village rise and shine with the new day. The row of houses are part of the Home Sweet Home set while the lighthouse is from the Lil Lighthouse mini set. Nessie, the hillside and the sentiment are all found in the Highland Honeys set. Quite a bit of masking and playing with perspective went into building this scene but it was all worth it when the end result is as cute as this. I mean come on, who hasn't dreamed of making friends with a magical sea creature right in their own back yard? ;)

To be entered to win the giveaway, all you need to do is comment at each stop along the Blog Hop before June 14th, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST.  The winner will be announced on the Heffy Doodle Blog on June 15th at 10:00 AM EST! Angelica Conrad is your next stop in the hop and if you ever get lost along the way just check back at the Heffy Doodle blog for the complete list of participants.

Thanks so much for stopping by and good luck! :)

Dear Amy - I just love this! I am "in" for any cute or silly puns. I love your pun on Loch Ness / Happy-ness. I also love the image, of course. Your images are always spectacularly good. Please know how much you inspire others to try something new or be a little better in their crafting efforts that day!

You had me at slimline....my new favorite. That water looks so amazing! I think this is such a sweet scene. I think I would name this creature Caruso. Whatever it's name, ADORABlE. Great use of all the sets. TFS
