Hello friends!
I've got one more Valentine's Day card to share using Hello Bluebird stamps that aren't Valentine themed themselves. The star of the show is the cute cyclist from the Best Days set and I filled her baskets with a bouquet of flowers and a bunch of heart shaped Valentine's, from the Otter Friends set, that she is off to deliver. I wanted a quaint country lane for the background so after masking off the cute girl and her bike I grabbed the Farmland Background stamp and inked up everything below the barn and stamped. I then cleaned the brown ink off the background, moved the stamp until I had the bank of clouds where I wanted them and inked up just the cloud line in blue ink. This was an easy way to change up the background a bit and make it even more versatile. A couple birds from the Flying High set completed the scene and gave me a nice visual triangle of pink once everything was colored. The large letters in the sentiment are from the Oliver Alphabet dies and I finished the wording with a "you" stamp from the Besties set. Both the die cut letters and the bicycle got a coat of glossy accents to make the reds nice and shiny. I've got to admit, I've been having so much fun creating Valentines this year that it will be sad once it's time to move on. :)
