Two new releases at Purple Onion Designs!

I'm so excited to let you all know that there are two new holiday collections being released today at Purple Onion Designs! This year's collection by Stacey Yacula is called, The Merriest Little City and all 30 of the new images celebrate how festive the holidays can be in the city. For my first Merry Little City card I knew that I wanted to build a scene around the cool City Skyline background stamp. I paired those tall skyscrapers with the Park Background and the Bare Trees and Bushes set so it would look like Hannah and Finn are taking in the view of that familiar skyline all covered in holiday snow from Central Park. The sentiment is part of the Merriest City Sentiment set and I mean, come on now, it's a classic line!  :)

There is also a brand new artist that Purple Onion Designs is excited to introduce and that is Chilliezgraphy by Pei with the Tofu and Friends Holiday collection. You'll find that there is plenty of cuteness in this collection of 11 critter images and the Holiday Time sentiment set for all of your holiday card making. My first Pei card features the fun Tofu, Flappy and Mousy Fun in the Snow stamp. Just look at these furry friends as they race down the snow covered hillside, with the trees whooshing past them at an alarming speed! There is just so much character to these festive holiday animals and I had so much fun watching them come to life as I colored them. The sentiment that I paired with them is from the older Warming Winter Thoughts Sentiment set.
