Hope your day is cosmic...

Hey there!

Now that Christmas has come and gone we find ourselves in that weird week leading up to new year's eve where it is hard to keep track of what day it is and what you are supposed to be doing, LOL! Luckily, even if I'm feeling a bit scattered I've still got a few cards left over from the latest Stamping Bella release to share before the new year arrives. This card features the cool new Oddball Zodiac Sagittarius stamp and she is just one of four Oddball Zodiac girls that are kicking off a new series that will be added to throughout 2026. I really like the hip street wear look that Sagittarius is sportin', which is probably why I put her standing in front of a brick wall. Something about her feels like she is about to break out into a hip hop dance routine.  :)

All righty, thanks for stopping by!

Merry Christmas with love...

A very Merry Christmas to all of my crafty friends who are celebrating today!

I hope that the day finds you warm and cozy, surrounded by those you love just like the cute critters in this card using stamps from the Christmas Cheer release at Hello Bluebird. Most of this scene uses the Cozy Night set, with the roaring fireplace and Christmas stockings hanging all in a row. I did add the bunny from the Perfect Tree set as I love how it looks like her hand is resting on brown bear's arm. Little hedgie was altered a bit when I stamped the wrapped gifts first, masked them off then stamped hedgie so that his letters were hidden. Together they look like the sweetest family enjoying Christmas morning together. The Ric Rac Card die and Ric Rac Frame die came out again and the sentiment is from the Christmas Wishes set.

Be merry my friends!

Merry and Bright...

Hello!

It's Christmas Eve day and while I may not have to travel far to spend Christmas with my family many others are out on the roads or flying through these winter skies to get to their loved ones. That's why I thought today would be the perfect time to share this card that was recently colored Live on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page. This young couple and their cute pup are from the Holiday Travels set and I had this vision of trying to capture the glow of lights from other cars on the highway in the background behind them. I'm fairly happy with my first attempt with the bright lights behind them but I kinda wish I had stamped them horizontal across the card front so there was more room on the right for the tail lights of the cars driving in the opposite direction. I promise this won't be the last time I try this kind of scene... practice, practice, practice! After the Live I added a flurry of snowflake die cuts that were air brushed a bit with the same light blue that I used in the scene. They create a nice frame around both the card and large over sized sentiment down below, tying everything together.

Safe travels to anyone braving the holiday hustle and bustle!  :)
