Oh happy day...

Olo!

Wonderful news... I was able to bring my mom home yesterday and she is resting and recuperating quite nicely. She called earlier than I expected saying that the doctor had given the go ahead on her release so I still haven't managed to check out that darn Hobby Lobby, LOL! Oh well, it will be a nice treat for her and I to go together once she is feeling 100% again. Thanks for all your kind thoughts and words this past week, it means a lot to me. :)

So you're probably saying that I already used that cloud paper on a card this week. I know, I know but considering the theme of the current Farm Fresh Friday challenge is clouds how could I not use up more of it? Anya Blooms looked like she would enjoy some time under a blue sky so I inked her up for this challenge and gave her a happy place to reside on my card. As bright and cheery as Anya is, I figured that she needed a bouquet of happy sunflowers to complete the scene. All in all this turned out to be a great challenge for using up a bunch of paper scraps that had been cluttering my desk so I'm a happy camper.

Now I really should be getting myself ready for work. Take care everybody!

Ohhhhh this is Gorgeous!!!! Me and you are like on the same wave of thinkiing. I too colored up this Anya for cloud challenge! I just haven't gotten her on a card yet. I instead made a card last night for the Flutterby Wed challenge and then remembered I had Anaya Blooms ready to go for a card and ran out of time! This thing called WORK cuts into a lot of my crafting time. lol Hopefully tonight I will have a enough time to make and upload! Such Awesome news about your MOM. Tell her we said HI!!! Have a wonderful day doll!

Beautiful card, how is it that it makes me think of a bright sunshine even with the clouds on the paper? Maybe it's just because of the colors...
Happy to hear your mum is better, crossing my fingers that she's 100% very soon!
