Believe in magic...

Hi ya!

Just a quick post today as I am already running behind...

There is a new challenge over at the ADFD blog and I am joining the fun with my card today. It is an inspiration board with the theme of 'Fairy Princess Love' and the pretty mix of pinks, blues, and purples had me reaching for an old Basic Grey paper pad that was perfect. And this sweet Little Dancer Two digi stamp seemed just as perfect too. She isn't technically a fairy princess but I went ahead and punched a small butterfly out of vellum and gave this Little Dancer a sparkly pair of wings. She's definitely got some magic up her sleeve now.  ;)

Ok, time for me to get a move on.
Hasta manana!  :)

Oh my gosh I almost missed this little lady. I found her in my blog roll on blogger! I love her little vellum butterfly wings. She reminds me of the ballerinas from Degas. I got to see one of his real ballerinas at a museum in Pasadena. It was breathtaking. This is a cute little story about how he found his model in a children's book I read once while my son was looking for his book on one of our gazillion trips to the children's section of the book store when he was younger. That's when I fell in love with illustration art.
