Always towards the sunshine...

Good morning!

Colorado Craft Company has designed a new Big & Bold stamp called Ukraine's Sunflower as a way to fund raise for Yana Smakula and the war effort on the ground in Ukraine. All proceeds from the sale of the stamps and dies will go directly to Yana for her to use to help support the Ukrainian troops. There is also Free Shipping for US orders, April 18th to the 22nd which ends at midnight mountain time on the 22nd, flat rate shipping for international orders will be $5.00.You can also receive a 10% discount if you purchase the stamp and the dies together.

For my card today I've paired one of the cute mice from the Teacups and Mice stamp set with the Ukraine's Sunflower set. First, I stamped and masked the mouse so it would look like it is standing on the leaf once I stamped the large sunflower over top. I let the sunflower stamp off the left side of the card so I could color plenty of bright blue sky on the right. I love the contrast it provides against the bold warm hues of the flower petals. The sentiment is also part of the Ukraine's Sunflower set and I stamped it in a blue ink that matched the blue of the sky. It's a simple design but I really like the story it tells. :)

Well, thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
