Good morning!
I've been dealing with some health issues lately, and between doctor visits and everything else my crafty time has been more limited than usual. So when I do make the time I've been trying to keep my cards pretty clean and simple. Yesterday I decided to revisit an old favorite, the Mermaids Galore kit
from The Greeting Farm. There were still three or four pretty mermaids in the kit that hadn't been inked up yet and this one hugging the sea turtle was really speaking to me. I also stamped a school of fish from the kit to help add some movement through the water. The simple gradient of blues in the background were colored in by hand and once it was dry I used the colorless blender marker to create bubbles floating around these current riding cuties, which I then enhanced with some glossy accents. The sentiment is also included in the Mermaids Galore kit and finishes off the card in a nice subtle way. :)
