Sending you every happiness...

Hey there!

I found this Let's Explore cutie from Dreamerland Crafts in the stack of stamped and ready to color card fronts that I keep on the corner of my desk and figured it was the perfect time to finally get her on a card. I had even had the foresight to stamp a mask and stick it to the card stock so all I had to do was cut it out and re-apply it before easily adding the covered bridge from Art Impressions behind her. She looks so sweet and happy while she is out exploring the great wide world beyond her back yard. The sentiment is from a May Favorite Things set and I left enough space in the grassy field for it to fit right there in front of her. I gotta say, it feels like I am really making a dent in that stack of images this year, woot, woot! ;)

Alrighty, well thanks so much for stopping by today!

From our family to yours...

Olo!

It's been too long since I've colored up one of the adorable Dreamerland Crafts images from my crafty stash and yesterday I was feeling the pull to ink up one of their cute Christmas stamps. After a bit of a search I finally settled on the From Our Family rubber stamp that captures mom, dad and their kiddos all watching the snow fall from their cozy living room window. I colored them all into their coordinating holiday sweaters and added the hint of a Christmas tree standing in the room behind them. The rest of the scene is kept light and airy in order to capture the cold winter weather outside. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant and I felt it was made to go with this happy home.  :)

Hope, joy and new beginnings...

Olo!

It's been a long while since I've colored up one of the adorable Dreamerland Crafts images from my crafty stash so when I found this pair all stamped and ready to go I dove right in. The stamp is called Growing in Love and the whole tree planting theme had me thinking of Earth Day, which is coming up on Monday. It also felt like they were waiting all this time on my desk for the perfect background stamps to help set the scene. I paired them with both the new Horizon Lines: Wildflower Meadow set and the older Autumn Cottages set from Sweet November Stamps to create this sweet homestead overflowing with beautiful Spring blossoms. Don't they look so happy adding a bit more green to the world?  :)
