'Tis the season to sparkle...

Oops! It looks like someone forgot to set their blog post to publish this morning, LOL!

Oy, I tell ya... that about sums up how my day is already going. In the mean time here is my card today using another one of the sweet little Tree Trimming fairies from the recent Christmas digi release at Sweet November Stamps. This adorable Christmas helper is Flitter Bea and she is swooping in with another glass bulb to add to the tree. She is an expert at placing the ornaments so that each one has optimal light reflection, adding plenty of sparkle and shine to this most festive of holiday decor. I paired her with one of the branches from the Pine Tree and Branches scene builder set as well as one of the new Christmas sentiments for the indoor part of this scene. The rest of the scene outside of the window was all colored in by hand using a bunch of BV markers. I thought this would be a good visual of what we were discussing during my Live the other day. In that card I was using blues to create a snowy "white" scene and here the same look can be achieved with purples. And it doesn't end there, you can use any color to create a white just so long as you leave those strategic areas of white paper showing here and there. :)

Anywho, let's hope the rest of my day starts running smoother.

Toodles!
