Hello, hello!

There is a brand new Christmas release coming to the Hello Bluebird store tomorrow, November 17th at 7pm MST so that means today I've got the first of two preview cards to share. There are five festive stamp sets with coordinating dies and two stand alone die sets being released and you will want to check out the Hello Bluebird blog to see all of the Christmas cuteness from my fellow DT members and leave a comment for a chance to win a gift certificate to the HB store. 

My card today features the adorable Holiday Littles set full of these small Christmas characters that work perfectly with the new Postage Frame die that creates this fun look of a sheet of stamps. By masking the edges I was able to stamp the various characters so it looks like they are popping in and out of each frame, which adds a great energy to the overall design. I used the same red, green, gold and teal combos on each stamp panel to keep the stamp sheet looking cohesive. Once everything was colored up I grabbed an old school pair of mini scallop deco edge scissors to add the soft frame around the edge. Behind it I stamped the Snowy Sky Background stamp with Versamark watermark ink and white embossing powder to add to the playful feel of this card. The 'believe' sentiment is from the Christmas Words #1 die set and I paired it with a small sentiment from the Littles Holiday Extras set.
