More summer fun at Purple Onion Designs!

I'm back with a couple more cards using stamps from the new Tofu and Friends Spring is in the Air collection and the new Lakewood collection at Purple Onion Designs.

Today's Chilliezgraphy by Pei card is another mini slimline but this one is decidedly more somber than yesterday's. The Blue Days stamp features a sweet little elephant who is having a rough day. The mouse and chick are doing what good friends do in trying to cheer up their blue pal. The sentiment is from the new You and I sentiment set and it ties up the scene nice and neat. 

And my second Lakewood scene started by pairing Sunny Sunning, and Amos Sunning, as they relax in their beach chairs. In the sand below them I added Oliver Reading to Swim and little Boo from the Riley, Oliver and Boo go float tubing stamp. Out in the water I stamped just the top half of the cute kitty from the Floatie Gang, giving her the appearance of floating in the surf. For the background I used the older Sand Dunes and Beach Fence and Boardwalk by Stacey Yacula. The sentiment is from the new Summer Days sentiment set and I stamped it in blue to coordinate with the sky.
