It's time for another Scenic Saturday over on the Bellariffic blog and with St. Patrick's Day coming up this week it was the perfect time to ink up the hilarious Mini Oddball Leprechaun.
This Mini Oddball Leprechaun makes me smile, with his over-sized four leaf clover and top hat that stands almost as tall as he does. Because no self-respecting leprechaun would be caught without his pot of gold, I raided my stash of older stamps and found the perfect pot full of gold in the retired Unicorn Add-on set. To add it behind the big shamrock I masked off Mini Oddball Leprechaun before stamping the gold, once the mask was removed I had the pot resting right where I wanted it. Next, I colored in a field of green grass and clover by hand as well as an arching rainbow that disappears into a fluffy bank of clouds on the horizon. The sentiment is from the Good Luck Sentiment set and this one in particular really made me smile as it is a fun and unique twist on the usual St. Patrick's Day sentiments that you usually find. So be sure to wear the green this Tuesday and may only good luck come your way. :)
