Happy thoughts...

Hi guys!

Sorry about being MIA yesterday, my internet went down Wednesday afternoon and it didn't get up and running until yesterday after I'd already left for the day. Thankfully I'm connected once again and ready to share more cards from the March ATS release. :)

This simple card features the new Lily of the Valley image from Drozy's Darlings. Lily of the Valley have long been a favorite flower of mine so I was excited to color up this lovely little fairy. Not a lot of different colors going on but like I said, I wanted to keep this one simple and fresh because that is what I associate with these flowers.
Lily of the Valley and all of the new March stamps are available now in the ATS store. And don't forget tomorrow we will announce the lucky winners of this month's SN candies so be sure to come back and check that out!

Later gators!

Dreaming of wings and candy...

Spring is in full swing within magical Sweet November Land. The flowers are blooming and the air is positively buzzing with the sounds of all the critters returning to full activity after their winter hibernation. It's such a beautiful day that it would be a shame not to visit and meet who is responsible for helping this spring awakening along.

It has been such a fun and exciting visit to the spring meadows of Sweet November Land that it seems a shame to have to leave. As we make our way back home there appears to be one dark cloud on this sunny day. Sitting on a nearby mushroom is a pixie looking quite forlorn. When we stop to see what is the matter, little Maribelle explains that she has been watching all the fun that the bu'fly fairies are having and she wished that she had beautiful wings just like theirs. But being a pixie Maribelle has no such wings to be proud of. What do you do for such a sad little pixie? Luckily the bu'flies have heard Maribelle's wish and all four are coming together to help their friend. Like a flash they dash into the tall flowers gathering various petals and leaves and then with a bit of magic they manage to fashion a beautiful pair of wings that Maribelle can call her own. When they present their gift, Maribelle can't contain her excitement and gratitude... she immediately puts on her new wings and proceeds to jump and skip and spin about hugging her new friends at every turn. What a high note to end this visit on and if that wasn't enough, there is also a bit of candy for us as we take out leave... check it out...
The Pixie Maribelle candy kit includes; one Sweet November Pixie Maribelle rubber stamp set, twelve 6x6 sheets of My Mind's Eye Happy Day paper, Prima flowers and Kaiser Craft pearls, ribbon, twine, buttons, punched butterflies, washi tape, four envelopes, four card blanks and my card.
All you have to do for a chance to win the candy is leave a comment on this post. If you link to the candy on your own blog that is great and much appreciated but not a requirement... I want everyone to be able to play along. And when I say everyone, I mean everyone. I will ship the candy anywhere in the world so everyone is encouraged to play! :)
The candy will stay open through Friday, March 8th and I will announce the winners on Saturday, March 9th.

Now hop on over to the Sweet November Gal's blog! Nancy's creativity will leave you all a flutter! :)
Instead of using random generator I will be printing out names and tossing them in a hat SO if you leave comments for the SN gal on her blog, you will get an extra name in the hat for each one that you do... this will up your chances of winning the candy... fun, fun, fun!

And that, my friends, wraps up the Sweet November March previews. Thanks so much for stopping by each day and letting us know what you think of these new additions.

The flowers are blooming and the air is positively buzzing with the sounds of all the critters returning to full activity after their winter hibernation. It's such a beautiful day that it would be a shame not to visit and meet who is responsible for helping this spring awakening along.

I hope you aren't too tired after all that running around yesterday. It's hard to imagine getting caught up in anything quite like that again but you never know around here. There is a buzz and hum floating on the breeze and the sound is vibrant and full of renewed life. Spring is here and I don't know about you but my energy feels boundless at the moment. It's a good thing too because a new bu'fly fairy is zooming in from the pond over yonder and she is being followed by an impressive number of glistening dragonflies. She introduces herself as Brianny and she wants to know if we will join her game of dragonfly tag. The more the merrier and it sure does look like a lot of fun... come on! Those dragonflies are quick and Brianny is quicker, it's hard not to feel a bit slow and clumsy in comparison. But she is such a sweetie that she gives us a sporting chance at the game. Once everyone, including the dragonflies, are all tuckered out Brianny announces that she has some special candy to share with her new friends... take a peek...

Breezing by with some candy!

How relaxing was that cloud show yesterday? I wonder if we will have another mellow day ahead of us or perhaps there will be a bit of excitement ahead? Making our way even deeper into the spring meadows it appears that the slow and easy pace of the day is what we have to look forward to. But just as that thought crosses my mind there is an explosion of color and movement as the sky above fills with thousands of butterflies! They fly overhead in every shape and size as if they are racing each other to some unknown destination... what a sight! And zipping amongst the kaleidoscope of butterflies is a perky little bu'fly fairy. Spotting our group she flies down to say hi and introduces herself as Brynn. Brynn explains that she has a very busy day ahead guiding and shepherding all of these butterflies as they race to their springtime home. It's an important responsibility but a lot of fun too. She invites us to join in for a while and help any stragglers get back on track, so we run and skip to and fro all afternoon until the last few butterflies flutter over the rolling hills. Out of appreciation Brynn has some special candy to share... take a peek...
The Bu'fly Brynn candy kit includes; one Sweet November Bu'fly Brynn rubber stamp set, twelve 6x6 sheets of My Mind's Eye Vanity Fair paper, Prima flowers and Kaiser Craft pearls, ribbon, twine, buttons, punched butterflies, washi tape, four envelopes, four card blanks and my card.

High flying fun and candy!

As we make our way through the endless meadow of flowers it is hard to believe that there is anything more amazing to behold. But one glance up at the vast blue sky above tells me that we may be in for a real show. At first everything appears normal but as you watch the puffy white clouds floating by they start to take on all sorts of fantastic shapes. That one there started out looking like a prancing unicorn and is now shifting into a leaping dolphin... we watch in awe as each passing cloud transforms before our eyes but what is behind this magic? Suddenly a brightly colored bu'fly fairy comes swooping down from the clouds and introduces herself as Brooke. Brooke takes great pride in being a master at manipulating clouds and her skills are second to none. She offers to put on a real show for us so sit down and get comfortable! Brooke zooms back up into the sky and now that we know what to watch for it is fantastic to see her quickly twirl and spin around each cloud until it takes on the shape she desires... wow! And after a wonderful afternoon spent watching Brooke's show she continues to delight by offering up some special candy to one lucky crafter. Check it out...
The Bu'fly Brooke candy kit includes; one Sweet November Bu'fly Brooke rubber stamp set, twelve 6x6 sheets of My Mind's Eye Dwell paper, Prima flowers and Kaiser Craft pearls, ribbon, twine, buttons, punched butterflies, washi tape, four envelopes, four card blanks and my card.

Soaring into sneaks and candy!

As we walk amidst the riot of colorful blooms in the never ending garden it's hard not to dance and skip about a bit. Especially when that is exactly what the butterflies appear to be doing as they flutter past us. Wait! That wasn't a butterfly... that was a bu'fly fairy! She swoops and spins closer, her big colorful wings sparkling behind her. She introduces herself as Bree and welcomes us to her part of the garden. Currently Bree is busy coaxing the ladybugs out into the sunshine which she does with a happy song and dance. It's amazing to watch as hundreds of tiny red lady bugs appear and follow her every move until all at once they take to the skies and disperse amongst the flowers. What a show that was! And with a giggle and a smile Bree has a bit of candy to offer up to one lucky visitor to make the day even brighter... take a look...

Make me smile...

TGIF!

And I'm actually home today so it will be a nice little break before I head back to work tomorrow. So far it is looking pretty grey and rainy out there which makes it easier to hole up in the crafty room and get down to business. Sweet November previews will be starting up tomorrow and I've got lots to do to get ready for this busy week coming up.

In the mean time I've made a card using the original Laugh from CC Designs. I love these big eyed cuties and since it's been a while since we've had a new one I decided to flip back through my stamp binder for the one that started it all off. The sunshiny citrus color scheme was all left over scraps that I had on my desk and I think they suit Laugh to a 'T'.

And last but not least there is some very exciting news... All That Scraps is now a member company over at Splitcoast Stampers! Check out our forum and say hi to everyone there. :)
