New Spring release at Stamping Bella!

Good morning!

Just a quick pop in to let you know that the new Spring release is now available at Stamping Bella. That's 14 new images as well as a coordinating sentiment set all perfect for this Spring season of crafting. My card today features the pretty Oddball Spring Fairy as well as the Hello Spring Sentiment set. I colored her into a vast field of flowers and made the sentiment look like it is stretched on a banner staked into the ground next to her. :)

Okay then, have fun making a wish list... I know I will be!

Another batch of cookies...

Olo!

I've got a couple more cards to share using the new Spring Cookies digi release at Sweet November Stamps. With so many cute cookies, it makes for fun and endless mixing and matching possibilities to create your own special combo of sweet treats. Especially when you throw the cookie alphabet and cooling rack and baking sheet set into the mix.

This first card has a baking sheet full of adorable bunny cookies from Cookie set 1, decorated with delicious coconut bunny tails. Beneath the pan I colored in a pretty gingham tablecloth in shades of spring green. The sentiment is from the Sweet Easter clear set.

My second card includes three of the cookies from Cookie Set 2 placed on the cooling rack. I colored this yummy scene during the Live yesterday over on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page and as you can see, we covered things like creating a granite countertop with texture and the look of a puffy pot holder resting beneath those cookies. As always, I had a blast coloring with everyone and hopefully it gets you excited to color up some cute Spring cookie cards too!  :)

Where you're headed...

Hi there!

It's day two of previews for the new Spring release at Stamping Bella, which hits the shelves tomorrow, Monday, March 4th. We are continuing to showcase all 15 of the new sets over on the Bellariffic Blog, with the focus on the Oddballs and Tiny Townies. So this high energy card features Oddball Hermes, who is the fleet footed messenger in the pantheon of Greek Gods. He is also known to represent travel, trade, wealth, luck, language, and thieves... seriously, this guy really gets around, LOL! I used a cool stencil along with my Copic airbrush system, to give him that lightening quick looking background and I inked up this older SB sentiment because I like that it referenced speed to help tie everything together.

Well, I hope you've enjoyed the previews and are excited for tomorrow's release. Thanks for stopping by!

Hello Spring...

Hello again!

The new Spring release at Stamping Bella is coming to the store on Monday, March 4th. That means this weekend is going to be full of super cute sneak peeks of all 15 of the new sets over on the Bellariffic Blog. There are so many images full of the joys of Spring represented by some of your favorite Stamping Bella characters. Today's previews are all about the sweet Bundle Girls and fun mini Oddballs and my card features the darling Bundle Girl Among the Tulips along with a sentiment from the new Hello Spring Sentiment set. It looks like she has found a clutch of hidden Easter Eggs to rest on, though with a bit of creative coloring you could turn those eggs into stones for a more generic spring card as well. :)

Come back tomorrow for day two of previews, until then... have a wonderful weekend!

Baking up some Spring cookies at SN!

Hello, hello!

We are back with a whole new batch of super cute cookies in the Spring Cookies digi release at Sweet November Stamps. We've been busy baking up three new sets of four cookies, two for Easter and one for St. Patrick's Day, along with a new egg shaped cookie jar. As always, these delicious designs also coordinate with the cookie alphabet and cooling rack and baking sheet set that are already available in the store.

For my first card I placed three of the cute chick cookies from Cookie Set 1 on the cooling rack and used the cookie alphabet to spell out, "peep, peep, peep". I used my Copic markers to add a dish towel beneath the rack for a bit of extra color to the card and made the chicks and peeps nice and bright.

On my next card I filled the new egg shaped Cookie Jar with a mix of cookies from both set 1 and set 2. The flower shaped cookies and butterfly create a Spring bouquet that tastes just as good as it looks.

Finally, I made a long slimline card where I enlarged and cropped the cooling rack to run the length of the card. I then added the adorable leprechaun cookie and the four leaf clover from Cookie Set 3. The Alphabet Cookies were used to spell out the first part of the sentiment and I added the rest of the computer generated words on a strip of card stock. If you are interested in watching me color this scene up, there is a quick Reel on Instagram and a longer speed coloring version on the Sweet November Stamps YouTube channel.

Now be sure to check out the Friends of Sweet November Stamps group on Facebook for even more cookie cuteness from our amazing team. Don't forget, I will be coloring Live today at 11am PST over on my Adventures in Coloring with Amy Facebook page and I hope to see ya there!

You can also find us on Instagram @sweetnovemberstamps and don't forget to use the #sweetnovemberstamps any time you share a card or project using SN images so we can see all of your beautiful makes!

Bunny kisses...

TGIF!

I love these tall rabbits from the Share the Love set that was part of the Share The Love collection at Colorado Craft Company. Since I didn't get a chance to ink them up for a Valentine's Day card I thought it would be fun to turn them into Easter bunnies instead. To help make that happen I also pulled out the older Happy Easter, Tiny Birds Worm mini and Thinking About mini stamp sets. The Postage Collage Slimline die from Waffle Flower gave me a bunch of little windows to create mini scenes in using not only the rabbits but some spring flowers and birds that I turned into chicks. One of the little bunnies is originally holding a heart but I wiped the ink off it before stamping and replaced it with an egg from the Happy Easter set. There isn't much that makes me happier than when I can mix and match the old with the new to create whole new scenes on my cards. :)

Have a good one!
