Love U...

Hello again!

I've got a couple more cards to share using the scrumptious Valentine Cookies digital collection at Sweet November Stamps. This fist one was colored during my Facebook Live yesterday using cookies from set 2 the Cookie Alphabet and the Cookie Jar set. I love how bright and playful this scene turned out with all of the great color suggestions that I got from everyone. We also had a good time really going over how to color glass on that cookie jar.

After the Live, I spent time finishing this card that I had started coloring the night before. For this one I stacked a bunch of the rose cookies from Set 1 and used the plain round cookie included in the Cookie Jar set as a plate for them to rest on. After I had it all colored I used an x-acto knife to cut a couple of slits so I could tuck the small sentiments beneath the top cookie, making them look kind of like little fortune cookie notes left out with the plate of cookies. To be honest, this would be my favorite kind of bouquet to receive on Valentine's Day. LOL!
