I've got another Scenic Saturday card I'm sharing today over on the Bellarific Blog. School is back in session, the leaves are turning and falling to the ground and perhaps an even more true indicator that Autumn is upon us is the arrival of pumpkin spice everything at all our favorite grocers and coffee shops, LOL! I always get a kick out of what new product gets a pumpkin spice make-over each year and I am never disappointed. With that on my brain I new I wanted to use the Set of Pumpkins that come with this great sentiment. Pairing them with Tiny Townie Layla Loves Leaves was an easy choice because she is just way too cute. To help set the background scene I actually used the Summer Backdrop rather than the fall one because I didn't need a road and it is just as easy to turn the trees into fall trees through my color choices. My final addition to the scene is a little personal touch since I also wanted this card to celebrate my good friend adding a brand new fur baby into her family soon. The cute little dachshund and chihuahua from the new Party Dogs set are perfect representations of her two dogs, all I had to do was wipe away their party hats and close the gap on the top of their heads with a black pen. The scale of these pups works perfectly with the Tiny Townie characters and now it has me hoping and dreaming for a future set full of small scene filler pups and kitties that I can add to my scenes.... oh Emily....! LOL ;)

Wow, this is gorgeous and it really gets me in the mood for some fall color. We have leafs dropping already but there is little or no color yet. The little puppies are great addition to the scene.
