Muchas gracias...

The MAY 2023 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! This month we introduced three new sets. Our first set called MISS ANYA PRETTY DAY features two Miss Anyas who are outside picking flowers on a beautiful spring day. Next, we introduced the MINKIE MERMAIDS set with four mermaids and two merboys who are ready to be a part of your world. Finally, Anya set out traveling the world again in our last set called, ANYA IN MEXICO.

For my card today, I decided to give Anya in Mexico a haircut so it looks like all of her hair is tied up in that beautiful braid wrapping around her head. This was as simple as using a small teardrop shaped Memento ink pad so I could selectively ink up everything but the long hair hanging down. Any ink that strayed onto the long hair lines was easily wiped away with a baby wipe before stamping, leaving me with her new, shorter up-do. Next, I thought it would be fun to color in a lovely silver white hair to make Anya look like a joyful Abuelita surrounded by her precious chihuahuas, which I borrowed from the Bow Wow Wow set. And finally for the background I hand colored in a cozy adobe homestead surrounded by the beauty of the desert.  :)
