Happy Summer...

Hey there! 

I've had these adorable critters from the Jungle Littles on the Beach set stamped up and sitting on my desk since the Sun, Sand and Surf kit release at Hello Bluebird last summer. I've been meaning to finally get them on a card before this summer comes to an end so I finally sat down and colored them up yesterday. I had stamped them on the Postage Frame die along with a sea gull and sea shells from the Beach Friends set, turning them into little postage stamps. With that postage theme in mind, I pulled out an old envelopes background stamp from Neat and Tangled that I stamped in blue to match the card base. I then glued on the big Happy Summer Words die, letting it overlap some of the 'stamps'. Also overlapping some of the 'stamps' is a summer themed post mark from the Sweet November Stamps Year Round Post Marks set. The rest of the cute postage stamps are popped up using foam adhesive for some extra lift and interest in the design. Such a fun card to put together and it always feels good to get another stamped image off my desk.  ;)
